Luma Vitra is a design experiment in calmness and clarity—where tropical essence meets Scandinavian purity under one refined roofline. The bold slanted silhouette gives the structure its unique identity, while the rhythmic vertical slats on the upper floor add both solar protection and a quiet sense of order.

At the core of this home lies a serene inner garden, a green oasis that blurs the boundary between inside and out. Natural light cascades through carefully positioned skylights, animating the walls and floor throughout the day, creating a dynamic play of shadows and light that becomes part of the architecture itself.

The open-plan interior extends effortlessly toward the backyard, where a private swimming pool anchors the space in a tranquil rhythm. It’s not just a leisure feature—it’s an emotional centerpiece, offering moments of pause and reflection in the middle of lush surroundings.

White concrete, dark-framed glass, and light-toned timber create a minimalist yet tactile material palette, balancing warmth and modernity. The use of full-height glazing on the front elevation brings in abundant daylight while maintaining a feeling of protection and privacy.
