Rooted in a modular grid system, the building clusters are organized to provide adaptive workspaces that can shift and evolve along with the dynamic needs of emerging creative industries.

The architectural form embraces repetition and clarity, using box-like masses with perforated façades to emphasize simplicity and scalability. Each module accommodates diverse functions—from shared workspaces, brainstorming pods, and meeting hubs, to mini studios, digital labs, and informal lounges—forming a layered network of ideas and productivity.

At the heart of the complex lies a green communal courtyard, acting as a physical and social connector among the clusters. This outdoor core functions as an urban living room, offering space for interaction, discussion, or simply pausing amid the hustle of innovation.

The façade’s geometric screen system not only expresses the building’s modular DNA but also serves as passive shading, reducing solar gain and enhancing comfort.
