A Calm Statement in Modern Scandinavian Living
Scantara House is the embodiment of modern Scandinavian aesthetics adapted for a warm, light-filled environment. With its clean silhouette and strong geometric form, the house stands as a serene yet bold architectural statement.

The front façade is defined by a striking white frame that encloses a mix of textured wood slats and expansive glazing—bringing balance between solidity and openness. The vertical wood elements bring warmth and rhythm, echoing nature and simplicity.
The asymmetrical roofline introduces a dynamic edge to the otherwise minimal form, while also supporting natural ventilation and daylight penetration. It’s a design that doesn’t just look good—it performs with purpose.
At the entrance, lush landscaping and a curated selection of greenery create a soft threshold between public and private, offering both visual interest and a sense of calm. The garden is not just decorative—it’s an integral part of the home’s atmosphere.
The open carport is neatly tucked into the overall structure, maintaining the clean lines and functionality. Large glass openings blur the line between indoor and outdoor, inviting light deep into the interior while framing nature as part of the architecture.
Scantara House is not just a residence—it’s a lifestyle rooted in clarity, calm, and thoughtful execution.
